How do I edit the Contact info so that I receive leads correctly?

The Contact section is one of the most important sections to review to ensure that your property is receiving email and phone leads correctly!

You can see where you receive leads by going to "Edit Listing" under the "..." icon. 
  • Each property can have up to 6 email leads per brand, as well as separate ring-to and fax numbers per brand.
  • On the email side, if we don't have a lead on file for either brand – Apartments.com or Apartment Finder – we'll pre-populate the other brand’s destination so you don't miss out on any leads.

If the property is being advertised on Apartments.com, ForRent, Apartment Finder and Apartment Home Living (regardless of a Network agreement, or separate contracts) tabs will appear – one for each brand. 


What If I have a property or company URL?

You can provide a Property Website to display on your Apartments.com and Apartment Finder ad which will display on the Property details page under the Lead contact form on Apartments.com and right above it on Apartment Finder. This will count as a lead type just like phone and email.

Note: If the property also has a FinderSite, a 3rd tab with the FinderSite lead destination information will appear.


Can I customize the Lead Form?

Under the Dynamic Lead Form, you can ask potential renters additional questions such as their contact preferences and reasons for moving out. This form displays all the fields and indicates which of them are mandatory with an asterisk.
