How do I upload a virtual tour to my Apartments.com listing?

Important: If you would like to have a virtual tour on your listing, but you do not currently have a qualifying ad package (gold or higher), please contact your Apartments.com sales representative for more information.

  1. Log in to your Apartments.com account and navigate to your account Dashboard.
  2. Select Properties in the left navigation.

  1. Select the property where you want to upload a virtual tour, select the Media tab, and then select 3D Tours.

  1. Select Upload 3D Tour.

A Upload Virtual Tour pop-up appears.

  1. Enter your virtual tour information:
    1. Select your tour type/vendor from the dropdown.
    2. Enter your Virtual Tour ID.
    3. Select where you want to assign your tour.
    4. Select Save when you are done.

Note: The Community checkbox cannot be deselected. A tour must be assigned to the listing or community before being applied elsewhere.

Your virtual tour is added to your listing.
