How do I connect my listing to Apartments.com using Boom?

  1. Select the Settings button in the bottom left corner of the page.
  2. Select the Integrations button and then select Add Integration.

  1. Select Apartments.com in the list and select Continue.

Integration is enabled.

  1. Select the Configure button to make any edits (remove listings, manually add listings, or disconnect the integration).

  1. Contact feeds@apartments.com and request listing syndication with Apartments.com. Be sure to include the name and full address of the property you would like to connect.

After Apartments.com receives your request, the feeds team begins to enable syndication. This takes 24 to 48 hours to complete, after which your listing information is syndicated. 

Note: Contact your customer service manager if you need assistance with the integration process.
