How do I connect my listing to Apartments.com using Property Matrix?

Connecting your listing is done through a process called syndication. Syndication allows listing information to be automatically shared between Property Matrix and Apartments.com. Through this connection, Property Matrix sends your community details, unit information, pricing, and availability to Apartments.com. This ensures your listings remain accurate and up to date without manual updates.

Syndicating your listings

  1. Navigate to the Property Matrix portal and log in to your account.
  2. Select Properties in the left navigation.
  3. Locate and select the property or unit you want to syndicate to Apartments.com.

  1. Select the Marketing tab under the property or unit you want to syndicate.

The Marketing page appears.

  1. Select the Edit Posting button.

  1. Then select the New Posting button.

  1. Locate and enable the Apartments.com toggle.

After the toggle is enabled, your listing information is sent to Apartments.com and the feeds team begins to enable syndication. This takes 24 to 48 hours to complete, after which your listing is syndicated. 

Disable the toggle to remove your listing from Apartments.com at any time.
