ShowMojo Online Scheduling Support

Important: In order for tour scheduling to function properly your listings must be syndicated from ShowMojo to Apartments.com. ShowMojo now integrates directly with Apartments.com’s tour scheduling API, turning clicks into confirmed showings while keeping everything centralized, secure, and automated.

How does tour scheduling integration work?

Once you syndicate your listings to Apartments.com using ShowMojo, your tour scheduling availability is delivered to Apartments.com automatically.

After tour scheduling is integrated, Apartments.com displays a "book tour" button on your listing advertisement so renters can pick a time directly from your listing on Apartments.com.

Apartments.com will send any scheduled tours to ShowMojo and tours will be automatically created in ShowMojo.

ShowMojo will send a notification to prospective renters to inform them about the tour and will ask them to complete a screening questionnaire (when required). ShowMojo will also send reminders to prospective renters in case they don't complete the questionnaire.

Note: If there are required/mandatory questions and the prospects do not complete the questionnaire, the tour may be rejected.
