How do I add a property map to my listing using Pynwheel?

Pynwheel is a vendor that Apartments.com partners with to provide interactive property and unit maps.
Enabling the Apartments.com Interactive Map service
Existing Pynwheel clients
- Log in to your Pynwheel Connect account.
- Navigate the Property Map page and update the Show Map on Apartments.com Listing setting to Yes.
Note: Alternatively you can submit a request to support@pynwheel.com to enable this service.
After your settings are updated or your request is completed, your map is automatically syndicated to Apartments.com.
Within two business days of receiving your information from Pynwheel, feeds@apartments.com will verify that your listing meets the requirements for using property maps and activate the property map on your listing.
Note: Property maps are available for customers at the Diamond, Diamond Plus, Platinum, and Platinum Plus ad level.
New Pynwheel clients
- Submit an order at order.pynwheel.com.
- Select Pynwheel Map as the product and note in the comments that you would like to show the map on your Apartments.com listing.
After this order is processed, your map is automatically syndicated to Apartments.com.
Within two business days of receiving your information from Pynwheel, feeds@apartments.com will verify that your listing meets the requirements for using property maps and activate the property map on your listing.
