How do I connect my listing to Apartments.com using Fortress?

Connecting your listing refers to the process of syndication. Syndication is another way of describing the communication of listing information between a third-party service and Apartments.com. The following steps provide instructions for enabling syndication using Fortress.

Requesting integration activation

Contact support@fortress-technology.atlassian.net and request Apartments.com integration. Be sure to indicate what properties you would like to connect.

After receiving your request, the Fortress team will contact the Apartments.com feeds team once integration has been completed.

After receiving confirmation, the Apartments.com feeds team will start integrating your listings and contact you when your listings are online. This process takes 24 to 48 hours to complete.

Important: After the property is connected to the feed, automatic lead management and attribution is enabled via an API. Contact Fortress directly for more information.
