How do I connect my listing to Apartments.com using Rently?

Enabling listing syndication

Important: The User Role Admin or Super Admin is required to view and make edits to your Rently Account Settings Page.

  1. Navigate to the Rently portal and log in to your account.

The Rently Data Dashboard appears.

  1. Select the Account dropdown and then select Settings.

Your Account Settings page appears.

  1. Select the Integrations tab.

  1. Navigate to the Listing Syndication section and select Edit Settings.

  1. Configure your syndication settings.
    1. Select Yes in the Allow "Listing Only" dropdown.
    2. Toggle Auto Publish Listing to On.
    3. Select and enable the Apartments Family checkbox.
    4. Toggle Syndicate Property Amenities to On.
    5. Toggle Apartments.com to On if you are currently paying for a premium ad package.

  1. Select Save when you are done configuring your settings.

Your listing information is sent to Apartments.com for verification. This process takes 24 to 48 hours to complete, after which your listing information is syndicated.

Important: When you enable syndication, Rently syndicates all listings you've added to their portal automatically. If you want to opt out specific listings, refer to the steps below.

Configuring syndication settings at the property level

  1. Select the Properties dropdown and then select All Properties.

The All Properties page appears.

  1. Select the property you want to opt out of syndication.
  2. Uncheck the Apartments.com checkbox and save your changes.

The property you configured is opted out of listing syndication and will not be sent to Apartments.com. Enable the Apartments.com checkbox to reenable syndication at any time.
