Connecting your listing refers to the process of syndication. Syndication is another way of describing the communication of listing information between a third-party service and Apartments.com. The following steps provide instructions for enabling property syndication using Apartments 24/7.

Requesting Apartments.com integration

Create a support ticket with Apartments 24/7 by emailing integration@apartments247.com and requesting Apartments.com integration. Be sure to indicate what properties you would like to connect in your email.

After receiving your request, the Apartments 24/7 team starts enabling syndication for the properties you requested.

After integration has concluded, your listings are sent to Apartments.com for verification. This process takes 24 to 48 hours to complete, after which your listing information is syndicated.
