How do I connect my listing to Apartments.com using Apartments 24/7?

Important: As of 09/30/2024, Apartments 24/7 no longer supports RealPage account/property management syndication.

Connecting your listing refers to the process of syndication. Syndication is another way of describing the communication of listing information between a third-party service and Apartments.com. The following steps provide instructions for enabling property syndication using Apartments 24/7.

Requesting Apartments.com integration

  1. Send an email request to Apartments 24/7's Inegration Team at integration@apartments247.com.
  2. Indicate which properties you would like to opt-in to the feed.

After receiving your request, the Apartments 24/7 team will review and confirm eligibility for each property submitted. Eligible properties will be activated for syndication.

Apartments 24/7 will provide the feed information (company name, property name, and property ID) for activated properties to the Apartments.com feeds team for connection.

Apartments 24/7 will then notify you after the activation is complete.
