How do I add concessions to my listing using Yardi RentCafe?

  1. Navigate to the RentCafe portal and log in to your account.

  2. Select the Properties tab in the top navigation.

    The Property Search page opens.

  3. Select the property you want to apply concessions to.

    The Property Information page opens.

  4. Navigate to and select the Marketing dropdown under Property Configuration and then select the ILS Syndication Settings tab.

    The ILS Syndication Settings page opens.

  5. Locate the ILS Special Override field and enter your concession.

  6. Verify the Apartments.com ILS row is enabled and Setup Complete is visible.

    Your concession information is sent to Apartments.com for verification. This process takes 24 to 72 hours to complete, after which your concession is displayed on your Apartments.com listing.
