How do I download CoStar photos from Customer Portal?

  1. Navigate to Apartments.com and log into your account.
  2. Select Menu, Properties & Listings, and then Properties.

The Properties page appears.

  1. Select Edit Listing under the property that you want to download CoStar photos from.

The Edit Listing page appears.

  1. Select the Media tab.

The Media page appears. The Images tab and Community album are selected by default.

  1. Select the CoStar Images pill to filter for CoStar photos.

Note: All Costar photos are branded with the CoStar logo.

  1. Select the Download button on any CoStar photo.

Note: Select multiple photos and then select Download Selection to download CoStar photos in bulk.

A disclaimer appears.

  1. Select Continue Download after reviewing the disclaimer.

Your CoStar photo downloads to your device.
