How do I add fees and policies to my listing details page?

Accessing Fees & Policies
- Navigate to Apartments.com and log in to your account.
- Select the Properties tab under the Properties Dashboard.

The Properties page appears.
- Select the property where you want to enable the Cost Calculator.
- Select the Fees & Policies tab.

The Fees & Policies page appears.
Adding a one-time fee
- Navigate to the One-Time Fees section and select the Add One-Time Fee button.

A fee wizard appears.
- Search for or select a Fee from the provided list and then select Continue.

The fee wizard continues.
- Configure the fee you selected.
- Select a Charge Frequency.
- Select a Charge Type.
- Select a Fee Calculation Method.
- Enter a Fee Amount and then select when it is due.

Note: You can also configure a fee's display name, max allowed, and enter comments on the right side of the fee wizard.

- Select Save when you are done configuring your fee. Your One-Time Fee is added to your Fees & Policies page.
Adding a custom fee
- Navigate to the One-Time Fees, Utilities & Essentials, or any other fee section and select the Add button.
A fee wizard appears.

- Enter a custom fee name in the provided field and then select Continue.

The fee wizard continues.
- Configure the custom fee you entered.
- Select a Charge Frequency.
- Select a Charge Type.
- Select a Fee Calculation Method.
- Enter a Fee Amount and then select when it is due.

- Select Save when you are done configuring your custom fee. Your fee is added to your Fees & Policies page.
Deleting a fee
- Select the Trash icon by an existing fee.

A pop-up appears.
- Select Delete Fee.

The fee is deleted.
Adding pet policies
- Navigate to the Pets section and select the Add Pet Fee button.
A fee wizard appears.
- Select a pet type from the provided list and then select Continue.

The fee wizard continues.
- Configure the pet type you selected.
- Select a Charge Frequency.
- Select a Charge Type.
- Select a Fee Calculation Method.
- Enter a Fee Amount.

- Enter pet type requirements, limits, and restrictions.

- Select Save when you are done. Your fee is added to your Fees & Policies page.
