How do I add specialty badges to a Listing Details Page (LDP)?

Specialty badges are an optional feature that helps renters quickly identify if a property caters to a specific type of housing. After being enabled, these badges appear on your listing page under your property name. This feature is currently limited to student and senior housing.

Adding Specialty Badges to a LDP

Important: If you do not use Rental Manager, contact support@apartments.com to add specialty badges to your properties.

  1. Navigate to https://www.apartments.com/customers/login and log into your Rental Manager account.
  2. Select the property you want to apply a specialty badge to.
  3. Select the Property tab and then navigate to the Specialty Type and Specialty Sub Type fields.
  4. Select the specialty types you want to apply to your property.
  5. Select Save Changes to upload the badges to your listing.
