How do I respond to my property's reviews?

  1. Navigate to your account dashboard and select the Reviews tab.

The Reviews page appears.

  1. Enter a specific property in the Keyword field or use the sorting features to locate a specific review.
  2. Select Respond to Review next to the review you want to respond to.

A response form page appears.

  1. Enter your response in the provided field and select Submit Response when you are done.

Your response is published to Apartments.com.

Note: Consumer reviews and community comments that are uploaded and published on Apartments.com will automatically syndicate to our other network sites like ForRent.com and ApartmentFinder.com.

Requesting removal of negative reviews

Apartments.com only removes negative reviews under the following circumstances:

  1. If a new Property Management Company (PMC) purchases or inherits a community from another PMC.
  2. If a PMC can provide documentation to prove that a negative review is false or otherwise fabricated.
