How can I read and respond to my properties' reviews?

(For multifamily customers)

You can access one or more properties’ consumer reviews using the Customer Review Dashboard. The Dashboard is accessible via the left navigation under Properties & Listings, or by clicking on the Reviews link after selecting the three green dots on the property.


How do I read my Dashboard?

On the Reviews Dashboard for all properties, the reviews are sorted by most recent posted date. The dashboard also shows the review ratings, title and copy.

If you need to find a specific review, you can search by keyword on the Reviews Dashboard. You can also navigate by property from the My Listings page.

If you need to respond to a review, click the black button “Respond to Review” in the right-hand column. The date the review was posted also appears under the button. 

Note: Consumer reviews display on Apartments.com only. 

The Review Details screen allows you to read the consumer review, post a comment, and delete comments that you made. 

Note: You are not able to remove a review that was made; you can only delete your comments.


What does each status mean?

  • "Pending” comments are going through moderation, which takes up to 48 hours.
  • “Approved” comments appear on Apartments.com. Delete comments by clicking on the trash can icon that appears for active comments only.
