How do I connect my review vendor to my Apartments.com listings?

Integrating your review vendor

Contact feeds@apartments.com to request vendor integration.

After receiving your request, the feeds team will set up your vendor as a Trusted Partner. After setup is completed, Apartments.com will provide your vendor their username and API key to access the endpoint.

Note: API details provided in the Apartments.com API Documentation.

The vendor will then create a listing key for each of your listings. Example key bolded below:

After listing keys are implemented, the vendor can seamlessly post new reviews and/or retrieve reviews for each of your listings.

These reviews and comments are actively moderated by our Support team. Once approved, reviews will be published to your listings.

Note: WebENT released their moderation enhancement using AI last week, reducing the completion timeline from 10 business days to just minutes.
