How do I add Reputation reviews to my listing?

Refer to the links below to enable reviews using Reputation.

Once you complete the step above, reviews will appear on your Apartments.com listing(s) automatically after they have been reviewed by our moderation team.

Note: Renters can also leave reviews directly on your listing using the Write a Review button.

How can I remove a review from my listing?

Reviews can only be removed under the following circumstances:

  1. If there is a change of management or ownership
  2. If a review is found to be in breach of Terms of Service (TOS). Reviews that include profanity, personal identification, or HUD Violations (preference based on nationality, race, gender, etc.) are considered in breach of TOS
  3. If a review contains factually incorrect information

Contact support@apartments.com to request review removal if it falls into one of the circumstances above. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email when the review is removed.
