How do I opt in to Apartments.com rental listing syndication using Aspen Glenwood MLS?

Important: Only the broker or owner of an office can opt in to Apartments.com rental listings syndication.

Email michele@agsmls.com and request to opt in to Apartments.com rental listing syndication.

After receiving your request, Aspen Glenwood MLS sends your credentials to Apartments.com for verification. Apartments.com then registers with the Spark platform to receive your listing information. This process takes 24 to 48 hours to complete, after which your rental listings successfully syndicate.
