How do I opt in to Apartments.com rental listing syndication using Stellar MLS?

  1. Log in to the Stellar MLS Member Portal.

The Stellar MLS Dashboard appears.

  1. Select the Listing Distribution button.

A list of offices appears.

  1. Locate the office where you want to opt in to Apartments.com rental listings syndication and select Change Office.

The Modifying Records page appears.

  1. Navigate to the Listing Distribution Options section and toggle Apartments.com to Yes.
  2. Select Save Distribution Changes.

Your listing information is sent to Apartments.com for verification. This process takes 24 to 48 hours to complete, after which your rental listings successfully syndicate. Toggle Apartments.com back to No to remove your rental listings from Apartments.com at any time.
