How do I opt in to Apartments.com rental listing syndication using Bright MLS?

  1. Log in to your Bright MLS account.

The Bright MLS Dashboard appears.

  1. Select the Brokerage tab and then select Syndication Settings under Brokerage Settings.

The Listing Syndication Dashboard appears.

  1. Locate the Apartments.com row and toggle the button under the On Market column to Publish.

  1. Select Save.

Your listing information is sent to Apartments.com for verification. This process takes 24 to 48 hours to complete, after which your rental listings successfully syndicate. Toggle the button under the On Market column to Don't Publish to remove your rental listings from Apartments.com at any time.
