Yardi Online Scheduling Support

Contact onlinescheduling@costar.com to request access to Online Scheduling for Apartments.com Canada using Yardi services. Send the representative a list containing your properties listed by property name and tour types.

Apartments.com Canada  verifies each property is connected to our internal scheduling service. Apartments.com Canada Online Scheduling then integrates with our internal scheduling service using the following information:

  •         Listing ID
  •         RentCafe Property ID
  •         Company Code
  •         API Marketing Key
  •         PMC Name

This process can take up to 48 hours.
