What do I do if the tax entity verification isn't working?
If you have a Form SS-4 containing your business’ taxable entity details, please include it as an attachment along with your message. For individuals, please do not email your SSN or ITIN.
Recently registered business?
A recently registered business may encounter an "unable to verify" error if the IRS has not made the details electronically available yet. If you are receiving an "unable to verify" error for your recently registered business, please contact our customer service team. Remember to include a copy of your Form SS-4 as an attachment.
